James Conca - Why don’t politicians ever talk about nuclear energy? Except for Nikki Haley or Barbara Boxer firing up their bases, there is no serious political discussion about nuclear power. And when there is, it’s all fear and doom, contrary to reality.

James Conca, Judith Wright - Massive salt deposits, such as the Salado Formation near Carlsbad, New Mexico, offer a ready solution to the disposal of nuclear waste, a major impediment to solving our power generation and environmental needs in the next fifty years. This geologic unit is already host to permanently disposed nuclear waste at the WIPP site.

Gwyneth Cravens. With the help of scientist, Dr. Rip Anderson, author Gwyneth Cravens spent years learning first hand the facts about nuclear energy and unlearning the myths that guided her as an anti-nuclear power activist earlier in life. With the help of many scientists and engineers, she does an excellent job in her book, this PowerPoint Presentation and in speaking engagements to help the public learn about the facts and benefits of nuclear energy. Congratulations for this excellent PowerPoint Presentation. Thanks. Go Nuclear, Inc.

At age 11, while in 7th grade, Kenneth Andrew Kienlen wrote his first paper about nuclear power for an English class. This is a paper written four years later at age 15 in 11th grade. He did a superlative report again in 11th grade. We wish government leaders would do as well with long term energy planning as this Advocate from Texas. Kenneth went on to graduate from Texas A&M in nuclear engineering. We wish him the best in the future. Go Nuclear.
